Customer Service Rep.
SUMMARY
Assists sales representatives by performing clerical/computer duties required to maintain customer accounts. Aid in building customer rapport and fostering goodwill for the Company. Performs all duties in a manner which ensures total quality and effective customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Answers customer inquiries or expedites lists regarding order status including early delivery or past-due status.
Performs stock checks and obtains delivery information (may utilize on-line vendor access) for sales representatives to process customer quotes.
Takes customer order information.
Returns telephone calls to customers with information.
Resolves problems as ability permits.
Coordinate order problem resolutions with managment and customers.
Verifies orders are processed correctly; ensures orders requiring special handling are dealt with by branch coordination in a timely manner.
Sends samples, line cards and sales literature to customers and potential customers. .
Aids and assists sales representatives in research of accounting problems.
Expands and upgrades product knowledge using literature, factory representatives, product managers, sales managers and sales representatives as sources.
May act as back-up for receptionist or be assigned as a receptionist.
Sends and receives faxes; makes copies as needed.
Order entry as directed by sales representative or management.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend general instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Spanish is a strong plus.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Delivery Driver
SUMMARY
Delivers printed materials to customer meeting internal schedule and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required. Minimum of one (1) year delivery experience. Must have a valid driver's license; be at least 21 years of age; can read and speak the English language sufficient to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records. Must have a good driving record and physically qualified to drive. Good knowledge of Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area. Prefer experience driving lightweight trucks and vans. Prior experience with hand truck/dolly type equipment. Must be able to use a forklift. Lifting of heavy boxes (50lbs) is also required on a daily basis.

Prepress Tech This is a second shift position
SUMMARY
Prepare jobs for printing and layout of gang runs using InDesign and other graphics applications. This is a 2nd shift position.

DUTIES:

Checking files for print specifications.
Preparing gang runs for press
Contacting customer regarding problems and/or questions about their art.
Explaining issues/problems with art to customers.
Fixing problem art (Image/Bleed correction).
Converting PDF, Publisher, Word, Illustrator files for printing.
Double-checking runs before sending to press.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Attention to Detail!!!
Layout Skills/Image Composition
Expert proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Publisher and other desktop publishing applications
